Hey there!
I'm Priti, the HR Manager at Brainstorm Force, and I wanted to personally address your feedback. Thanks for sharing your thoughts, even though you're no longer with us.
We're glad you appreciated our punctuality and the quick salary process — we've set clear systems in place for such tasks, and timely functioning is definitely something we take pride in. 😊
That said, we're genuinely sorry to hear that your overall experience with us didn't feel positive. We'd like to share a little context on some of the points you mentioned:
- On job security in the content team: We understand how important it is to feel secure in your role. At Brainstorm Force, we follow a clear and transparent process when it comes to performance reviews. Feedback is shared regularly — especially at the end of each quarter. If improvements are still needed, a Performance Improvement Plan is discussed as a final step. Letting go of a team member is never done abruptly or without due process. We always aim to be fair and supportive.
- On multiple feedback rounds: We hear you — too many suggestions can sometimes slow down the momentum. But we also believe that collaboration and collective input help us create high-quality content that stands out. Our editorial process involves research, writing, review, and publishing — typically within a week's time. The goal isn't perfection, but clarity and value for our readers. And yes, we're always working on streamlining the process to avoid unnecessary delays.
We appreciate all your suggestions; it's something we'll reflect on. Every bit of feedback helps us improve.
Wishing you all the best in your future journey — we hope you find a team and a role that feels just right for you. 😊
Warm regards,
Priti
