Excellent product offering, strong customer accounts globally, deep practitioner expertise, customer-obsessed model, flexible terms

Cons

Though improving, there are still internal challenges with visibility and operational synergies across regions and corporate entities; the brand is not very recognized which is surprising considering the superb base of long-term, top notch customers
