Pros

This is a great place if you are starting your career in service design or looking to join the industry. You wear a lot of hats at all levels of seniority and are responsible for many facets of project work. In this sense, you get to learn a lot and fast. Most of the team is amazing. You get to work with some of the best people in service design and create very high-calibre deliverables. Most people are extremely supportive and are invested in your career development. Some aspects of the company culture are great. People are overall very approachable, kind, and great to have around. The company hosts neat social events. Lots of mechanisms in place to help people stay connected when working remotely.

Cons

There has been a lot of internal drama in the past year, including a number of unfair terminations and unfair promotions. These decisions were particularly contentious if you had visibility into what goes on behind the scenes. Terminating tenured employees combined with really high turnover has made it challenging to get new people up to speed. Lots of instability. The current senior leaders do not take criticisms well. Some of the team's biggest concerns have not been listened to nor addressed. No diversity at the senior leadership level. Compensation is on the lower end given the level of stress the roles entail. Work-life balance is not that great.

Pros

Good memories thanks to the people I worked with. Learned a lot from them.

Cons

Everything started to disintegrate when the good people left. A lot of politics and unnecessary drama.

Pros

A lot of effort was put into the branding and interior decor. The people you worked with day to day really defined your experience and I had some good memories there.

Cons

Unfortunately, all the good ones left. Really high turnover. You get exposed to unnecessary drama, a lot of internal politics, and the person I reported to was not supportive. Once my team fell apart, there wasn't anything left to keep me.
