      Pros

      Bridgit is filled with a group of hardworking, engaged and lovely people. It is a very positive and collaborative environment, with all departments working closely on business initiatives and the BAU. No day will go by where you are not engaged or challenged, which is what makes it such a rewarding place to work.

      Cons

      It is a start up that is building something new, which means Bridgit requires passionate and focused people, if you are this person you will excel at Bridgit. If not, it may be more of a challenge.

      Feels like a second home

      Pros

      - Flexible working hours and ability to work from home 2 days a week. - The office is a great space to work where I want to come in every day. - We have an office dog Darla who boosts office moral. - Great team culture. - Company wide transparency on business performance and initiatives. - Strong focus on personal career development which each team member can help steer in the direction of their interests.

      Cons

      - Startup culture isn't for everyone, lots of extra work required from each team member which can be outside of their job description. (Great opportunity to learn though)

      Pros

      Bridgit has a great management system and great managers. A conscious effort is made to guarantee that everyone heard and appreciated.

      Cons

      Elevator D is unreliable ;)
