      Pretty good pay if you work enough

      Cons

      Super toxic execs (They will fire you with no warning) No bussers or Food Runners but still tipping out a big portion of your sales to sushi cooks, bar, utilties, and host team Super militaristic training program Cliquey and feels like hazing in the beginning

      Poorly managed, rotating manager pool, consistent walk-outs, highly demanding environment, short staffed in kitchen, no tip-out, no benefits even though full-time hours would be given to part-time workers?
