Pros

Great people to work with. Management supports your growth and encourages work life balance.

Cons

The company does not have a variety of clients but I believe the leadership team is working on it.

Pros

This is one of the best organizations I've been a part of in my career. The people are caring, work is challenging, and the company has plans for serious growth in the coming months and years. And they take "virtual-first" seriously ... working remotely from just about anywhere has enormous advantages. Assembly also takes something else seriously ... work-life balance. They rarely require anything from me after hours, and the summer holiday early release plan is a bonus I haven't found in many other places. If you see a posting from Assembly, I recommend that you jump at it if it's a fit.

Cons

Will let you know when I run into some. LoL

Pros

* A company with a clear purpose and vivid future that the leadership is fiercely committed too. * 20+ years industry experience with category leading clients that have been with the company for over a decade. * A talented group of thinkers, builders and doers that actually live the companies core values. * A founder-led company that really cares about our work/life balance. * A leadership team that really encourages/supports personal and professional growth. * Multi year client engagements with high market visibility. * A remote work culture that encourages people to travel and explore. * Some nice perks including a strong benefits program, half days before long weekends, monthly campfires, employee discounts at F&O, Goodlife, etc.

Cons

* This is not really a con; however, the company recently completed a rebrand, and is in the midst of launching marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and share our passion for the future we are building through our values, vision, ideas, and case studies.
