      Mission driven organization with only a handful of dedicated people

      Cons

      Career growth, compensation progression, and promotion processes is awfully unclear and inconsistent. Many employees find it difficult to understand what is required to advance, how compensation decisions are made, or whether professional development support is applied consistently. Big gaps between verbal recognition and tangible action around pay, title, or growth opportunities.
