I worked at BullsEye Telecom full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great work environment, always willing to help, learn a lot and worked under some very knowledgable people who have shaped my shirt sales career.

    Cons

Micromanaged, needless meetings, not enough money and the commission structure isn't the greatest. Needs to be a higher base for people that perform.

    Advice to Management

Take advantage of your best performers and pay them accordingly or they are just going to leave and find someone who will do that.

I have been working at BullsEye Telecom full-time

    Pros

Ability to influence the direction of the company, in my position.

    Cons

Difficult, Insensitive Management, with interest in thier own destiny. Very little concern for thier employees, their ideas. Very under staffed, no budgets, unrealistic deadlines, no concern for what it takes to do the job right to provide value to it's customers.

    Advice to Management

Focus on the customer, focus on employee satisfaction.

I worked at BullsEye Telecom (More than a year)

    Pros

Great and Knowledgeable employees in lower level jobs

    Cons

Systems are scattered, Management has no people skills, Management is juvenile and complain all day and sabotages employees who they feel could do managements job better.

    Advice to Management

Take some Dale Carnegie courses and apply them. Get rid of management who is very closed minded and is more worried about getting employees fired than growing an employee.

    Pros

No pros at all. Run the other way if you are made an offer to work here. They lie to their customers and cannot deliver quality service.

    Cons

Terrible company all the way around - do not work for them or sign up for service from them management doesn't listen and its all about numbers but they can't install correctly or deliver

I worked at BullsEye Telecom full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Salary and benefits were decent / average. Commitment to ongoing training and professional development. Vertical advancement possibilities - not much upward.

    Cons

Corporate culture is atrocious, starting from the top down. Change directions frequently, yet lack implementation. Interdepartmental support and communication is also a big issue.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees, not just hear. Be honest, have integrity and appreciation for the people who work for you.

I have been working at BullsEye Telecom full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

BullsEye is an established and stable company in which to start or continue a career in telecommunications. With over 15 years of commitment to the industry, I have found a great pairing with BullsEye. From their core values to their innovative morale boosting events, BullsEye Telecom has been a great place to work at and learn with. I started in an entry level position and have worked my way up to middle management. Opportunity is adequately present for those that pursue it.

    Cons

As with any business, there are some employees that do not walk the walk and talk the talk. They resist growth and change. In an industry that changes every year, this can cripple a company. Attitude is everything and not everyone at BullsEye cares to see the company thrive and grow.

    Advice to Management

Review team members that have not shown positive growth and/or mastery over the basics of their position -- if found lacking, assure them that this cannot continue and then guide them to be better or look for opportunities elsewhere. Management is a reflection of their direct reports.
