Inexperienced senior management Management does not understand the markets they serve or their size. “One size fits all” MBA approach to running the operation. Dismissive and employees are all replaceable. Fear based management style is in place. Promote a very toxic work environment Condescending “air” No understanding to provide direction or execution of objectives but demand growth. Competitors and legacy channel partners are targeting their customers. New management likes power point presentations and social media, but accomplish very little. Would never recommend. If zero stars were an option, I would have chosen it.

out of a needed 8 to 9 people to run the shop not including the terrible manager they hired ( no leadership sklls ) 3 guys quit that had worked there 5 -7 years that left 3 guys and they hired on 4 new people within 3 weeks including myself that has a background in electrical,,,they offered no formal training no ojt with a person ,and the leadership is nowhere to found!!!!and no a/c so if you work during summer good luck!!!!!!
