Pros

401k if they still offer it. They offer free snacks and have a nice office. It's a great starting point for someone out of college.

Cons

Give your employees more training and don't try and bill them for it when they leave. Make your managers get certified. You should offer more training /career development to your employees. Many people that join C5 tend to stay a year or less and move on because they can get more money at another company or looking to learn more.

Pros

There were some good projects and clients. Most of the time you could count on your team to do their part and then some.

Cons

Salaries and bonus structure not competitive for industry or distributed fairly among employees doing the work. Too often we were a "one man" project with little to no support other than a PM that would briefly talk with you and then report something back to client. Upper management was rarely proactive and didn't really plan out (financially) for the future. Mgmt didn't support teams, were "too busy" to do annual reviews and didn't have best interest in mind for advancement/training etc.

Pros

Great trial-by-fire experience, office culture is OK, co-workers were best part of organization.

Cons

Poor management / leadership (no time to lead); not very team-oriented environment(get thrown into things by yourself quite often); very small company that wants to handle too large projects; compensation is REALLY LOW compared to industry.
