1) Friendly, nice, and open minded co-workers. 2) Free lunch every Fridays. 3) For motivated employees, get to do a lot and learn a lot.
Cons
1) During the last 2 years prior to the acquisition of C9 Inc by another company, C9 senior management had constantly presented lies and false information to employees including the direction of the company, revenue/financial information, funding, job security/layoff, etc. 2) Hired senior management who lacked past successful records and/or experience. 3) Poor planning and execution.
