Poorly ran by individuals that were either incompetent, jealous of someone else credentials that scared them from helping their subordinates, no team playing, no scheduling or working off the cuff to say. Poor management....... Its best to hear both sides to form an opinion.

Challenges; so-so benefits, minority owned/woman owned but male run, work first and family second in eyes of management, upper management only listens to those who report directly to them and believes them rather than talking to all their team members, discrimination is active, egos hinder management from making smart decisions.
