CAMBRIO is a relatively new CAD/CAM software conglomerate (est. 2021) aggregating 3 well-established industrial enterprise solutions: GibbsCAM, SigmaNEST and Cimatron. While headquartered in USA and Israel, the company is now under the umbrella of Sandvik in Sweden. The work culture is flexible and progressive. PTO is unlimited and never questioned as long as you deliver timely, quality work. The projects are oftentimes challenging and cutting-edge, but management does not overreach and gives its engineers complete autonomy. Creativity is strongly encouraged. The company was born in the COVID-19 "100% remote work" era, and has executed brilliantly in that regard in my opinion. So far, all team members have been free to choose to work from home or from the office as they saw fit. Pretty competitive pay and benefits package.
Cons
The employer-sponsored health insurance only features 2 PPO tiers (high and low deductible) and no HMO.
