Cost of living raises were not granted unless you achieved above and beyond the set expectations

Thanks - I am sad to see this. Before seeing this, I would have thought the opposite. We have never increased employee cost of health insurance for years, despite huge cost increases for the bank. We have added and increased free snacks, private pickleball courts, beautiful new building for employees, game systems in the breakroom, other wellness benefits, pay increases with inflations, etc, etc.
