    Neutral Outlook

I worked at CCDI as an intern (More than a year)

    Pros

    - A little ingenuity and intelligence coupled with strong communication skills and initiative allow the individual to make a large impact on the outcome of the quality of the product and process by which the product is made.
    - Opportunities to travel abroad and develop professional connections with a whole host of intelligent and experienced individuals placed in management positions with large corporations.

    Cons

    - Strategic and Development ideas are disregarded until the management claims them as their own.
    - The leadership techniques and tactics lie within a foundation of distrust and self service and breed resentment and little-to-no cohesion within the small team of employees.

    Advice to Management

Push management and operations away from financiers and into the hands of a competent and forward thinking individual that wants to not only see the company make a profit but also cares about the well being and growth of the employees and the company.
