    Pros

    Decent work environment to your face

    Cons

    They let me go due to a google chrome extension that synced to my personal google. DO NOT APPLY with this Sinking Ship. They are are going bankrupt and try to hide it.

    Advice to Management

    Maybe give your employees a chance to fix the issue that you have a problem with besides firing them and putting them and their family on the damn street!!

    Pros

    The cubicles are nice (shrugs)

    Cons

    There's a laundry list of things, no pto, vacation, etc., the schedules suck, the bathroom is disgusting, 7th floor, requesting off is unbearable, there's no sound, feels like your in a asylum, they want you to be robotic, they have absolutely no loyalty to their employees, they use you until they find a "better" replacement & make up some b.s excuse to fire you, oh yeah they wait until the end of your shift too & then pull up on you 😂😂😂 at least call me ahead of time so I can enjoy my day off 😂😂 but their biggest flaw is they don't know how to train their employees & when you ask for help they act like your incompetent

    Advice to Management

    The way y'all mass fired us, which I consider laid off for new employees, because y'all didn't have a legit reason too fire us, was dead wrong, you don't do that to your day 1's

    Flexible schedule for some positions

    Cons

    Underpaid and over worked. Expected to put in tons of overtime every week.

    Pros

    CCI has a lot of talent at their company.

    Cons

    CCI is poorly resourced and expects employees to work over 50 hours a week with no extra pay. CCI does not seem to care about or invest in it's talent. They hired people for the lowest wage they can and overwork them to the point of burn out. CCI also makes promises to client that are not comminuted to other departments. There is very little training to help new employees. It's sink or swim. I would caution applicants from accepting a position at CCI.

    Advice to Management

    Be more supportive of your staff. Give your staff the resources they need to be successful.

    Pros

    Good pay
    Enjoyed working with my coworkers.
    CS Management knew how to treat employees. Other management staff should learn from them.

    Cons

    Work Life Balance was non existent!!!
    Nepotism was very prevalent within the organization
    Benefits were not all that great.
    Too much work and little time to get it done
    Managers & VP's look out for themselves
    Management lacked personal responsibility (blamed staff).
    Manager had a tendency to manipulate things to benefit themselves.

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employees with respect.
    Invest in your employees more and build the teams better. (Provide better training instead of throwing them into a job).
