      Company lunches at the end of the month

      Cons

      Turnover rate was high. Witnessed 8 employees in a span of 3 months leave. Employees wanting to fight each other. Manager is very biased and plays favors. Drugs were being passed around. Facilities found drugs in the bathroom but was kept quiet about it. Manager will ridicule you and make you feel less. When asked for help, they will make you feel less of a human being.

      You show up on time, you go home on time

      One of the most frustrating things working here was the frequent talking behind your back, throwing you under the bus, the sky high ego of management, favoritism (if you were a favorite of management, you could get away with quite literally anything), lack of innovative products or skills to be gained, well under market compensation, and lack of professionalism. Now if you're a brown noser or well liked, your only complaint might be market compensation but there are much more cons than pros. If you're not well liked, this is essentially a dead end job, whether you're an engineer, a warehouse associate, a production technician, it doesn't matter.
