    Pros

Benefits were great and the company was very good at maintaining constant communication with employees. Definitely family oriented and offered great benefits.

    Cons

If you are serious about career progression, this is not the place to be. Spoke with Senior Management on a regular basis about advancement and it seemed as though they had very little to no concern about you ambitions.

    Advice to Management

Listen to employees and take time out to at least have various members of Sr. Management to meet face to face (individually) with their staff members and make them feel like they really are part of team.

    Pros

Good work/life balance. A few company perks like bagels on Fridays, soda and free coffee, etc.

    Cons

Company got sold to Information Innovators Inc and a huge exodus of management left shortly after. Triple I cut contracts of former CCSi people and brought on other Triple I employees to replace. Executive leadership is not the best. Hard to move around the company to try other things.

    Pros

Truly a family with devotion to the employee's personal growth. Spot incentives for showing results and helping to grow the busines were great! Benefits, especially the 401k match, were great!

    Cons

I really have nothing bad to say about the company. For a small company, it's processes were much more mature than the norm.

    Advice to Management

As the business evolves, be sure to promote from within current programs. Also continue to stress the importance of the performance review process

I worked at CCSI full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You don't have to apply for food stamps

    Cons

    Let's see:
The owner watches porn during work in his office
They Illegally do not pay overtime (ask about the audit)
The commission plan is the worst in the industry
Base pay is 2/3ds of what the market rate for recruiters is.
    Benefits completely blow
    Office is a dump
Working till 7 just for the hell of it is mandatory

    Advice to Management

SELL - If you think anyone wants your business
