      Pros

      Friendly co workers The owner is a very decent person. Unfortunately that’s about it.

      Cons

      Horrible management, bad PTO, Barely any sick time. You will be micromanaged every day. They say they have core values but do not practice what is preached.

      Pros

      Great team culture, supportive coworkers, and plenty of opportunities to grow. As a family-owned company, the owner truly lives and breathes CDF and genuinely cares about the employees. They also offer a Leadership Training Academy to help promote growth from within. The company regularly caters lunches, hosts potlucks, and organizes off-site events for employees and their families, which helps create a strong sense of community.

      Cons

      A fast-paced environment can take some adjustment.
