Competitive Pay, Consistent Schedule, Time off rarely gets denied.
Cons
Unprofessional staff and management, extreme micromanaging, and the owner regularly insults and demeans you. Unclean work environment, wild animals regularly get into the office and urinate, defecate, and die, being left to stink for weeks. The building itself is extremely dirty. I would go as far to say that the negatives far outweigh the positives. Go elsewhere to a small business that actually acknowledges and appreciates their employees.
