      The opportunity to provide a service to those who might not otherwise be able to get it. A sense of giving back to the community and the country the benefits of democracy.

      Cons

      Salary. Poor leadership skills on the part of upper management. Extremely poor morale among clinicians and service providers. Much personnel turnover. Poor comunication between management and service providers.
