Pros

I've had a very positive experience working at CFBank. The culture is collaborative, supportive, and built around people who genuinely want to see each other succeed. Employees are encouraged to contribute ideas, take ownership of projects, and make a meaningful impact on the organization. One of the biggest strengths of the bank is the executive leadership team. They are highly engaged, approachable, and transparent about the bank's goals and direction. It's refreshing to work for leaders who are visible, accessible, and committed to both the success of the company and the people who work here. There is a clear vision for growth, and leadership does a great job communicating that vision while creating opportunities for employees to grow alongside the organization. The bank has experienced tremendous growth, but it has maintained a culture where relationships matter and employees are valued. It's an exciting environment for anyone who enjoys being part of a growing organization where hard work is recognized and individual contributions make a difference.

Cons

Growth brings change, and priorities can shift as the organization continues to evolve. Employees who are flexible, adaptable, and enjoy a fast-paced environment will thrive.

Pros

CFBank offers a dynamic and engaging work environment where every day brings something new. As a small and agile organization, the work is consistently interesting, and you’re given meaningful opportunities to stretch your skills. During my time here, I’ve been able to take on a wide variety of projects that keep things exciting and give me direct exposure to senior leaders and teams across every department. The benefits package is also highly competitive with other banks in the Columbus market and a true reflection of the bank’s commitment to its employees.

Cons

Hybrid work policies could be reevaluated to stay competitive with the current job market.
