Not a job, but a career. Not only a career, but a FAMILY!! CHESS has been one of my biggest blessings. I wake up everyday excited to work. When I was hired the day before I was to start my daughter was placed into the ICU and a company that didn’t care would’ve quickly went onto the next candidate. Not CHESS. I received love, compassion, understanding, and patience! & from that day forward I never stopped receiving all of that plus so much more. The true effort this company puts into constantly improving has amazed me. I found my forever home.
