    Positive Outlook

I worked at CIRI full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

You live in paradise. You get to do for free almost any touristic activities in the area. Very cheap housing.

    Cons

You usually share your room with a few people, most locations are very isolated from civilization ( no movies, Macdonalds etc.)

    Advice to Management

Value your employees - they are the one who make it happened

I have been working at CIRI as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

You get to manage your own workload, for the most part. You have decent situational awareness with your boss who stops in weekly so leadership isn't really overbearing.

    Cons

The work can be very dry and repetitive. That speaks more of the line of work than it does this particular company, however. Pay is on the low end of the spectrum for the work completed.

    Advice to Management

Give more frequent performance reviews. Have more company functions outside of the workplace. Emphasize continuing education and incentivize it.

    Pros

Great benefits and aminities. Some of the people are really nice and grounded. quality of content is always good. Open office enviroment.

    Cons

Not exempt of office politics and workplace gossip. helps to have higher seniority then to be an efficient worker sometimes.

    Advice to Management

Better to try open communication to solve problems.

I have been working at CIRI full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

CIRI's new leadership cares about CIRI, its shareholders, its employees and non profits! It is a great feeling to belong to the CIRI family again.

    Cons

Whether its inter-office or board politics, CIRI has its share.

    Advice to Management

Thank you to the CIRI Board of Directors for selecting a leader who not only cares about her employees but values them. Keep up the great work for this great company!
