Pros
I should say there's no good reason to work for them, but I will be good enough to say they offer lots of opportunities to young people.
Cons
Salaries are not poor but poorer, there's no comunication at all with the company if you work outside the office (as 99% of employees do), they force you to sign illegal clauses in your employment contract such that try to make you pay a fee if you leave the company.
