    Pros

    Highly recommend. Smaller yard, but best in class

    Cons

    Contract instability and Navy operational commitments create fluctuations in workforce at times.

    Keep up the good work.

    Great People; Mostly interactive upper management

    Cons

    Middle management/manager work employees like slaves without pay but never misses a quitting time buzzer; Fear of change; arrogance over ignorance

    Listen to your people, they might offer great suggestions!

    It isn't a corporate atmosphere so it's more relaxed, great benefit options.

    Cons

    Compensation is below market value, company staffs based on loyalty rather than expertise/skill.

    Pros

    Working protection and leaning new things everyday, sometimes working in stressful situations, But I alwa knew it was part of my job requirements.

    Cons

    It was a great job for 14 years and I loved the industry since my whole family is retired U S NAVY.

    Advice to Management

    Great Senior Management, WONDERFUL PEOPLE TO WORK FOR, WILL ALWAYS VALUE THE EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH CMSD, AND VALUE ALL THE PEOPLE I WORK WITH.

    Pros

    Steady work for most jobs, family environment as part of Fortune 100 company, Mostly good management, hard work is rewarded as is loyalty.

    Cons

    Can be problematic if work for the wrong manager, like any company. Pay is on the lower scale and minimal bonuses for except for Senior Management.

    Well structured atmosphere, beneficial trainings for in-office employees, work ethic refreshers, open to contribute ideas, fun/happy co-workers, great benefits, fair pay and secured parking spot.

    Cons

    In need of more in-office employees to help spread the workload evenly.

    Salary is good for beginning teachers, principal was great to work with

    Not enough teachers, too many split classes
