      It was great when it was Nexen, now it is a a sad shadow of its former self.

      Pros

      Great peers...at least the ones that are still left. The benefits are great, especially retirement.

      Cons

      Huge layoffs and attrition. Now doing the job of three people with no increase in pay. Upcoming outsourcing will likely get rid of even more. Company is about 20% the size it was 7 years ago and that is seen as a positive. I'm looking to leave soon.
