Excellent teamwork between coworkers, everyone was nice, and the company seemed to have good values.
Cons
The training doesn’t prepare you for actually working in their banks. It was mainly done on the computer and most of it was just policies and procedures. You were kind of thrown into everything.
Always growing and developing at the Operations Center (behind the times inside the banking centers); good health insurance and health program w/perks to reduce cost of healthcare
Cons
The starting pay at banking centers is very low while expectations for performance are very high, especially considering the sensitive information that tellers are trusted with daily, that of both customers and bank operations.
