I have been working at CSnotepad for several years and have had great opportunities during that time. I have developed a lot personally and professionally. I found the variety in the calls that we get to be a big advantage for that, it's not like other places where you might be doing the same form on every call all day. There is also a great bonus scheme that rewards the hard work you put in. There's often flexibility in hours available and a really good work life balance.

CSnotepad is an excellent company with great values and holds their staff at the centre of what they do. There is a lucrative and highly achievable bonus scheme in addition to understanding management and great flexibility. On quieter days CSnotepad allows for personal use of the internet, which doesn't often occur in "call centre" roles. This always made me feel more like a valued and trusted member of staff whilst contributing to a healthy work-life balance. There is fantastic progression within the company as well as frequent training and feedback provided. Perks such as free tea, coffee, fruit and snacks are regularly supplied which is another nice touch. I would recommend CSnotepad to all, it's a great place to work and I continue to enjoy working for them.
