This is a startup, you'll find here the same cons than in little companies. But I think you may ignore the cons and enjoy changing how is people moving

Lack of career development, nothing more.

- Low salaries and no willing to improve on that - Management is not clear on what's going on - Not too many career oportunities

Some people were good technically but did not get promoted because they were not friends with the right persons

The company has grown very fast and it has caused many gaps that have been filled with hurry and without attention; every internal process is outdated, which is very surprising and frustrating, since you're there to work in a startup environment; and there is a lot of bureaucracy that results in even more frustration for the employees. There are many management positions occupied by 'friends of' who are obviously incompetent but the system they have created makes it impossible to point them out. They are all friends with each other and defend each other when necessary. They have created a pyramid of people who do not know how to do their job but who can't be fired, it looks like a big joke. It reminds me of 'House of Cards'.

There is no good management at all, the company hast to improve in that area. The objectives change continuously and that causes the previous objectives to be left behind. Eventually and depending on the area, it gets a bit boring Since the processes have no solid structure, the workload some times is too much. This is directly related to the continuous changing objectives and projects in the company.
