      Pros

      Bonuses happen at least once a year and are based on performance.

      Cons

      Work culture is toxic. Employees hate each other but are too stuck to leave. CEO does nothing to help the company culture or fighting between departments. Seniority is valued over quality work. There is definitely favoritism.

      If you want to be miserable then go ahead and apply.

      Where do I even start, this place is ran by a bunch of narcissistic boomers that are stuck in the 90’s. No room for growth, overworked, underpaid and the vacation time sucks! All the sales team does is try to suck up to the CEO and talk about each other.
