      Salaries and benefits are within industry standards.

      Cons

      High turnover, for a small company. A lot of people going on stress leaves. One of the biggest red flags is the interview process. Inexperienced and disorganized management. No growth opportunities. Most employees are unhappy and overworked.

      Pros

      People bring in treats fairly consistently. Some of my coworkers are the greatest people on earth.

      Cons

      Over-worked, underpaid and under appreciated. You can go the extra mile and they still want more from you because we're "a family" and that family is hurting right now. Nevermind your actual family at home, only the select few get to care about those. Nepotism galore. Favoritism galore. Get in with the right crowd or bulk up!
