Having joined Calligo around eight weeks ago, my experience so far has been very positive. The people have been welcoming, supportive and genuinely enjoyable to work with. One thing that has stood out is the collaborative culture – there doesn't appear to be the office politics that can sometimes be found elsewhere, which makes for a refreshing and professional working environment. The hybrid working model also provides a good balance between home and office working, offering flexibility while still feeling connected to the team. The workload can be quite high at times, but personally I prefer being busy and having plenty to get involved in. So far, there has been no shortage of interesting work and opportunities to learn.
