      Positive culture with demanding but interesting workload

      Pros

      Having joined Calligo around eight weeks ago, my experience so far has been very positive. The people have been welcoming, supportive and genuinely enjoyable to work with. One thing that has stood out is the collaborative culture – there doesn't appear to be the office politics that can sometimes be found elsewhere, which makes for a refreshing and professional working environment. The hybrid working model also provides a good balance between home and office working, offering flexibility while still feeling connected to the team. The workload can be quite high at times, but personally I prefer being busy and having plenty to get involved in. So far, there has been no shortage of interesting work and opportunities to learn. Pros: Friendly and supportive colleagues Positive company culture Flexible hybrid working Varied and interesting work

      Workload can be demanding at times, although this may suit people who enjoy a fast-paced environment

      An Unstable Work Environment with Ethical Concerns

      Pros

      Working with Front line workers, nice office and generous vacation.

      Cons

      The front-line workers at Calligo form the backbone of the company, and are the best part. However, there is significant turnover within management and limited opportunities for career advancement. Progression within the company often appears to be influenced more by personal relationships with executives and management than by loyalty, dedication, and hard work. Additionally, there is a noticeable lack of diversity within the management team, which can stifle innovation and inclusivity. Some company decisions impacting clients may prompt ethical concerns for employees. Overall, Calligo lacks stability, and I strongly advise against pursuing employment here.
