    Cons

It is a fast paced environment. If you are not one for change– this is not the Company for you.

I worked at Calpion full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

If work is your passion and thinking outside the box your norm, Calpion is the place.
Issues always come up, realized after being in the workforce for more than 8 years. The aspect of Calpion that impressed me is that they acknowledge if there is a problem and work on resolving. Not ignore and hide behind messages.
Calpion is willing to help you grow, try different areas and technologies. This I found not only beneficial for learning new technologies but also when personality does not match job. Knowing that you can work in another area, gives peace of mind.

    Cons

Not everyone likes to push the envelope.

    Advice to Management

Hire people of similar mind set.

    Pros

    Nothing, Just Nothing. don't join.

    Cons

The CEO, TOM is the rudest person I have met in my carrier in IT Staffing. The people who left before me left so because he was simply rude and seems to have use and throw mentality. Does not know to respect people. Shady and trapping mentality. Something is off about him. Be Careful and do yourself a favor don't join.

    Advice to Management

    Grow up !

Nothing. Please read terms and conditions properly in the offer letter and join if you do not have any other option in hand to survive.

    Cons

Management will scare employee at every point regarding proper relieving. Appraisal will not be done in time (definitely more than 1 year and can be indefinite too) . No benefits ( life insurance employees has to pay from pocket , Team lunch/outing). No work life balance . company expect the employee to be available any time. Make the employee sign the documents which are not true(like satisfactory levels during employment) and show them as proof to new joinees

    Advice to Management

Its employee right to get the benefits the company promise and management cross the limits
