    I worked at Camelback part-time

    Pros

You can play where you work at the resort as a benefit given for employees.

    Cons

Most positions are seasonal and the weather plays a part on how many hours you can receive.

    Advice to Management

Considering giving employees year round opportunities for employment.

I worked at Camelback full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Driving the new vehicles around is great fun. Also you learn the pros and cons on purchasing a vehicle and know what type of BS to look for during the time you need to purchase a vehicle.

    Cons

Constantly getting your car deals stolen by other employees, your appointments are given away just because the manager feels like it and cuts you out completely, says they are a family ran company but couldn't care less if you have a family to support or if your family is sick and you have to be home caring for them. They say you make 💲1600 plus commission a month but it is either your hourly OR commission and they must...

I have been working at Camelback full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great products to sell Volkswagen Subaru and Mazda. Good management and finance team. Usually very fair management and other sales staff. Great service departments. Friendly work environment.

    Cons

Only the strong will survive. Pay plan is ok. No days off to speak of, benefits are too expensive. Employee parking lot is not great. Internet speed leaves more to be desired.

I worked at Camelback full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Managers always available with great support and offered weekly training. Employees worked well together and felt that they worked as a team

    Cons

Long hours and a lot or f pressure to get in your calls and make your appointments and be on the floor. Always felt like while you were doing one they were questioning why you weren't taking care of the other.
