      Pros

      Great people and a very fun job. Lots of flexibility and a great manager. I really loved this job it was very rewarding.

      Cons

      The leadership could be very disorganized at times for this position as it was a relatively new job. There were a lot of people reporting to one manager so it was difficult to get individual attention.

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts. The organization had undergone a period of transition and alignment to ensure that we are structured to meet our goals, and I'm happy to say that we now have the proper leadership in place to lead each department.

      Toxic senior managment. Perpetual knee jerk company pivots. Extremely stressful environment

      - Amazing people (prior to my departure) - Freedom to be creative - Potential to do so much good

      Cons

      - Toxic positivity runs rampant in this organization. - Organization only measures itself based on enrolment numbers resulting in no consistency in quality. - Constant implementation of half baked ideas
