      Pros

      - Career development opportunities: Access to training, workshops, and internal mobility to grow within the company. I had the chance to spend some time abroad the other offices of the company. - Multilingual environment: Exposure to diverse languages and cultures, which enhances communication skills. - Strong work-life balance: Respect for personal time, flexible hours, and generous vacation policies as long as the job is done. In case of personal issues, the management and team are present to support and adapt on the working conditions. - Modern workspaces: Comfortable offices with up-to-date technology and amenities. Everyone is equiped with Mac and iPhones. Also having the possibility to have a company car directly after a year.

      Cons

      - High expectations: Some roles come with intense pressure and performance demands, especially in finance or tech sectors. - Internal communication: sometimes it is difficult to understand what are some new policies and/or to whom to speak for organisational questions. - Limited remote work options: recent changes in the company gives us less remote options. Still possible but under some conditions
