      - Very kind group of people to work with - Management is very reasonable - Compensation is good, and company is willing to spend on employees and further improvement.

      - Type of work is very tedious, and mundane - Type of work leads to lack of structure. Can be very stressful when tasks pickup. - Will likely have to work overtime to meet deadlines.
