Pros
Small company with friendly people who work hard and are proud of their product. Nice touches like birthday cakes and Christmas gifts from the CEO.
Cons
As you would expect with a small company there are limited career paths and training is a bit haphazard but they do try their best. It's fine if you are a self-starter but not the place for you if you prefer to be spoon fed.
