If you can not think of any pros for the organisation that you chose to join, I guess you took two subsequent decisions back-to-back. One was to choose this organisation and the second one to leave it.

Regarding your comment on our relationship with clients, our C-sat survey report , Scores portal status report is self explanatory. We are striving to better customer experiance, everyday.
Expectations for employees is a sign of a growing organisation and thats what we do. People who fail to meet their respective goals in defined time frame are the ones who go in for extra time and try and meet their goals. Successful employees enjoy their weekends like kings.
