I have been working at Capstone Consultants full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The pros outweigh the cons at Capstone Consultants. The opportunity to get into management so quickly is the biggest reason.

    Cons

You have to work hard. That's pretty much the biggest hangup for most people.

I have been working at Capstone Consultants full-time for less than a year

    Pros

There's a lot of advancement potential at Capstone. The company aids Fortune 500 companies in their new customer acquisition efforts. There's a big demand for this type of service in the market, so there's a lot of demand for managers in this company.

    Cons

You don't start right out in management. You have to learn everything from the ground up which will take a lot of hard work and dedication on your part.

I have been working at Capstone Consultants full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I put management as the headline for two reasons. 1) The management team here is very good at what they do. 2) There are a lot of ways for a person to move into a management spot very quickly.

    Cons

No one really likes starting off on the ground floor, entry level position, where you are learning new things - sometimes for the first time - and expected to pick it up quickly. I do, but I'm a little different lol.

I have been working at Capstone Consultants full-time for more than a year

    Pros

First off, I have to say that I really enjoy the training curriculum at Capstone. Secondly, I believe that there is a LOT of opportunity to be seized here if you are the type of person who thinks 'big picture' a lot and is ready for more responsibility quickly.

    Cons

The long hours we work can take their toll. You get used to them after a week or so, but we probably work longer than other sales and marketing companies do.

I have been working at Capstone Consultants full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The training here is great. It's more of a management training program than anything. You represent some really big clients in their customer acquisition campaigns.

    Cons

The entry level role is a lot of hard work and long hours. That's the price to get ahead in the sales and marketing industry.

I have been working at Capstone Consultants full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I really like the way that the company trains not only the entry level people, but the trainers as well. This way everyone is on the same page and constantly improving.

    Cons

While its a great place to start your career, people with experience in management still have to start out at the entry level position. That might be a little too much hard work and long hours for people looking for a senior role right off the bat.

I have been working at Capstone Consultants full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I really like the short amount of time it took me to get through the entry level position. Everyone here lended me a hand when I needed it to understand the concepts and get pretty good really quickly.

    Cons

Since this is an entry level position, you should expect to not have things handed to you until you put in the long hours as the rest of us have. The hard work pays off, trust me!
