They pay well. That’s it.

Cons

This has become such a stressful scary place. CEO has meltdowns in office. Screams, punches walls. Had a great sales manager. Everyone loved. So he fired him. No reason. Great HR person. Everyone loved. Fired her. These were top professionals. He is stripping his own company of its best talent. And those he doesn’t fire are looking because they know once he knows who you are you will be fired for no reason. Culture is a farce.

Pros

Not much of a pro - but they lure you in with great pay and benefits, but then turn around and fire you because the company is always losing clients. It's tough to keep the clients happy when you don't get the training you need.

Cons

This company loves to tell you about their values and insists you go around quoting them like robots, but management doesn't walk the talk. In December, the owner said "there will be no layoffs" as a result of losing key accounts. Just a few weeks later, he cans 20 people just hours after introducing a bunch of new hires. Way to do the right thing Chris. This place is a joke and I only wish I had listened to the employees who tried to warn me.

Good pay, decent benefits, fun coworkers. Fun outings, wellness opportunities, and nice downtown location. Hire out of college and minimum pay is great.

Cons

High turnover, too many internal mistakes, sink or swim culture. Favoritism, sub-par management, clueless HR, antiquated software. Too many cliques.
