      Pros

      Engaging environment with opportunities to stretch yourself. There is lunch allowance which is great. The culture allows for growth to someone who is driven enough.

      Cons

      The hours can be long. At times you pick up work that is beyond your scope and not get remunerated for it.

      The environment is very informal where you are not constantly monitored to perform. Therefore you can work independently and finish tasks without a manager micro managing you.

      Cons

      The work load can become unbearable and management is not aware how much pressure the staff can have. Recognition is downplayed a lot.
