    Pros

    Good vacation allotments; elegant working environment

    Cons

    Too rigid work environment, no opportunity for upward advancement, too much politics. In fighting between employees; management looks the other way.

    Advice to Management

    be better to your employees and maybe you won't have so much turnover.

    Pros

    Great hours with some flexibility depending on your worksite. Not much overtime necessary. Some manager are very supportive.

    Cons

    Poor managment, no formal training program, all other departments tend to point all fingers elsewhere. Nothing is cohesive in regards to communication between departments

    Not many pros about working here

    Cons

    Management does not seem to care if you pull your work load plus other co-workers work load. Raises do not come but few and far between.

    Pay attention to what your employees are telling you. Do not make excuses for other employees not doing their job.
