The downsize of this company is management is not personal, the people that the hire do not meet the qualifications for the position they are hired for, management hires or promotes people based on who they know with in the company, instead of acknowledging the staff they have that work twice as hard. Management also never holds employees accountable for mistakes instead they allow the bullying, gossip, unprofessionalism to continue throughout the company. This company is always short staff, and the staff that actually show up to work do not get acknowledged for their hard work. They do not pay their clinical staff very well but demand they perform jobs they have not been properly trained in. The gossiping, bullying is so toxic throughout this company and management does nothing about it.
