      Pros

      Decent pay I guess, lots of free perks (coffee, occasional foods, etc.), usually pays for certificate costs, training, etc. (and quickly).

      Cons

      Seems to have relatively high turnover at times.

      Pros

      Good benefits. Some really great people work here. Little perks like "pizza day" and "bagel day" help keep it fun. I really believe upper management tries to pay their people fairly. Flexible work schedules. People tend to stay here.

      Cons

      As expected with an engineering firm, it's primarly a male environment.
