      Pros

      There is a good balance between work and the personal life - overtime is little or none. I'm given free reign to complete my work with little management intervention.

      Cons

      Senior Management is poor - leading to lousy project management and cost overruns. Over-emphasis on diversity instead of concentrating on making the best product for the customer. Professional development in my department has been nil, causing general dissatisfaction - there is nowhere to grow or go unless you are part of the favored management team. Basically cronyism runs rampant.

      Good culture, Good people. Great flexibility with homelife.

      Cons

      little opportunity to grow, tuition reimbursement is weak, senior management not engaged. Company is trying to survive instead of thrive.

      Pros

      Cascade Engineering is an awesome employer. They do so much for the community. I'm really proud to be associated with them. They also are very committed to employees. And it's a great place to grow you're career, if that's what you're interested in. Because Cascade's such a great place to work, there are a lot of people there who are passionate about their work and willing to do whatever it takes, not just to make a buck, but because they want to contribute to the company's success.

      Cons

      Things can be a little disorganized sometime. Leadership always has some great new idea, it's hard to get focused. Plus, manufacturing in Michigan is tough right now, and Cascade Engineering has a good chunk of automotive business.
