Talent has drained and leadership struggles to lead

Pros

The people, A few good ones left but the vast majority of the real talent has drained or been forced out. Yes MEN are the ones that are left.

Cons

Inept leadership, especially executive team, most are likable enough but really don't seem to be able to control an eratic CEO that seems to act on what ever he wants. Broken sales process with no attempts to fix root problems.

Pros

Most everyone except upper management are great

Cons

Worst upper management I've ever encountered. CEO dog whistles at employees, drives dangerously with employees in the car with no regard for their well being, company summits are drinking spectacles, sprint practices leave a lot to be desired.
