Pros

Chance to learn some physical and digital trade skills. Camaraderie between coworkers.

Cons

There was a shift in top-level management in 2018 in an attempt to improve company culture, but the new leadership has dragged morale to an all-time low with miserable practices. (Additionally, two higher-ups are married to each other and have no accountability.) Employees' physical, mental, and financial wellbeing is consistently disregarded. Some examples include: Employees being punished for taking unplanned PTO by having bonus checks withheld. New mothers on unpaid maternity leave being let go just before they are scheduled to return to work. Complaints of employees using racial slurs and other harassing behavior being ignored. Employees being promised raises in exchange for extra work with no followthrough. Employees being set up for failure by being moved to positions that they aren't trained for. Overtime and PTO opportunities have been consistently slashed department by department. OSHA has been anonymously summoned multiple times. Currently, they have continued to put employees in danger by remaining open during the COVID-19 crisis by claiming that they produce custom medical bracelets, despite this being less than 1% of their revenue.

Pros

Coworkers -- they're smart, hardworking, funny, and so incredibly talented. You'll sadly form the best relationships because everyone's so highly underpaid and underappreciated.

Cons

Literally everything else. Upper Management will blind and low-ball you into a position you did not apply for with fake smiles, laughs, promises of growth, pay increases, and opportunities without any intention of following through. The turnaround for employees is so high, it is impossible to properly manage the ever shifting and growing workload. This is known throughout all departments and yet nothing is ever done to solve the problem. Upper management takes advantage of every employee. IE: they will shift you from department to department, gaslight you, write you up for personal and urgent familial issues and obligations, decrease pay without notice or consent, unjustly fire/"clean house", and guilt you from taking PTO. There is also no HR department, no benefits, and two department heads are married to each other.

Pros

This company will hire you if you are desperate and have no experience due to the high volume of employee turn around.

Cons

The manager of the CSR department has a huge negative impact throughout the entire company. They will refuse to give bonuses you've earned. And lie about hours you're expected to work to make it sound like a great place to be.
