      Pros

      They pay standard industry rates and hours are flexible. Staff are nice and get along well.

      Cons

      Very unhappy customers who bought the product on false promises. The CEO has no focus on fixing the issues but keeps putting band-aid solutions in place and lying about how good the product is. Everyone works hard but with no clear direction. Employees are afraid to speak up because they will get fired for providing any suggestions for improvements. The morale is low and the CEO has no desire to make things better, but lives in her own bubble. Employees are put into roles they have no experience in doing but they can’t say no, and it is creating an inefficient business and frustrations. This is an ongoing situation and clearly demonstrates the CEO’s inability to run a business or manage people. The company is a disaster that gets worse by the day. Don’t bother working here. You will never get ahead or feel rewarded.

      Hello, CEO here! Thanks for this feedback. I know it can be tough, there's a lot to do! I do need to say that our team is very qualified, and very hard working, and people are given new tasks (and supported to grow in them) because they want to be developed in their roles. In terms of the product, I don't think you developed a good sense of what it does (particularly as you did not realise it would detect activity such as unauthorised downloads). I'm very proud of our product, and the team who build and maintain it.       Nice team members, who'll provide you with much-needed emotional support to survive the workplace toxicity.

      Cons

      Psychotic CEO who'll run the business to the ground, right after they'll destroy the employees.

      A squandered opportunity

      Pros

      A great team working very hard to fulfil promises made by sales team. Above average salaries and a flexible approach to working arrangements. Great place for your first job.

      Cons

      Big plans and even bigger egos get in the way of a potentially great company. Seem to be more focused on applying for grants and awards rather than product stability and real customer service.
